Richard Hoyle

Richard Hoyle is a Site Manager with over 15 years experience in major construction projects and renewable energy. He was recently introduced to FED by his current employer and his peer leadership group in which they have been exploring how to make the shift from Operator/Manager to Leader mode. Richard writes ‘My work focuses on sustainability and provides great opportunities to engage others in the future we are building, ultimately helping each others’ success and ensuring the long term success of our company . What I really like is the simplicity and accessibility of the FED approach for people like ourselves in making a difference to our lives and how it highlights the possibility for any of us to step forward as leaders. In addition to enjoying my work and engaging with diverse people, teams and cultures I get energy from swimming, mountain biking and kayaking in Scotland with the great scenery and wildlife.’ e-mail richard@hoyle19.orangehome.co.uk
