Werner Holzmann

Werner Holzmann is an experienced leadership consultant, coach and facilitator. Operating from the Netherlands, much of his work with Future, Engage, Deliver is applied within multi-national companies in mainland Europe.

I believe that leaders make a much bigger difference when they work with and focus on their strengths. I notice that when people identify what they are good at and combine this with a powerful vision that inspires them they are more successful, happier and engaging. And this is what creates magic in my work with clients. Whether graduates, voluntary workers or captains of industry I help people to get in touch with what really matters to them and gives them energy.

I have learned this lesson well in my own leadership journey. Through my work with SRA I have learnt much about myself as a leader and am absolutely committed to helping others make changes that they believe are important both in their work and in the communities in which they live. This is the future that energises me and to which I bring myself fully.

Meanwhile at home with my wife and two young adults daughters I am restoring an old sailing ship that we love taking out on the big open waters. And at week-ends I referee local hockey club matches. Longer term, and as soon as we have moved house, we will start growing our own vegetables and fruit again!
