There’ll be 2 live opportunities to explore your leadership and FED with Steve this year. There will be a small group day and a larger group day. The smaller group will give us more time on your challenges. Please book yourself and others into whichever day suits you. Drop us a line if you need help choosing which is best for you.
Small Group Day
On this day, Steve will spend the time working with your leadership ambitions and challenges. He will take you through the big ideas in FED and link them to topics and issues as they arise. You might have done lots of FED or none; it doesn’t matter. Just bring yourself, a readiness to explore, support others, and be stretched in your thinking and practice.
The day will be totally interactive and good fun. You’ll leave clearer than ever about how you can be an even more confident, effective leader. To maximise your learning on the day and beyond, Steve will be in touch with some questions ahead of the day and will follow up after it.

A Larger Group for all who want to make a bigger difference
This day is for you whatever your position, title or role. We will explore the main ideas in FED and make sure you have time to see their relevance to your ambitions to make a bigger difference. We’ll manage the energy during the day by giving you time to work solo, in pairs, in small groups and all together. The day will be totally interactive and good fun.
This will be a great day to build on your experience of FED. And you can recommend it to others who may not have experienced FED yet, it will be an excellent introduction for them. You will leave knowing yourself better than ever; feeling more confident and knowing how to stay that way; and clearer on the difference you want to make and how to do it.
