We are pleased to have introduced FED to thousands of civil servants. We are currently working in over twenty government departments and agencies, helping them bring alive the FED-influenced Civil Service Leadership Statement. We are particularly chuffed to have been the catalyst to the Department of Work and Pensions’ significant increase in staff engagement scores in the last three years, the biggest of any government department.
