Annette joined the Civil Service at HM Land Registry in 2008 as Commercial & Customer Strategy Director after many years in the private sector in Marketing and Sales roles in Travel & Tourism sectors and Managing Director of an advertising and customer engagement agency. Annette is passionate about building strong customer relationships through passionate and dedicated employee engagement. She sees part of her role as one of building employee engagement through trust, transparency, support and encouragement in the knowledge engaged employees build the best customer relationships, and subsequently deliver business success.
