Accelerating your growth starts here.
Why should you becoming even more of a leader be any different to you improving how you play a musical instrument or a sport? The fast track in all these instances requires you grasping a few essential ideas, getting some guidance and then committing to lots of practice.
We’re here to support you with your practice on your way to becoming a more confident, effective leader. We know that there’s lots in life that will come along to take your mind off developing yourself. So we’ll give you a nudge, at least weekly, to help you spend some of your week thinking about yourself and the difference you want to make.
And here’s the first nudge. Please read the first two chapters of the book. They offer the simple FED framework as a way of looking at yourself as a leader. Please share your comments below after reading this.
Pause for a second and reflect on which aspects of FED you’re naturally strong at and not so strong at. Remember we rarely come across anyone who’s great at all three, so don’t worry if you’re human like the rest of us!! Identify those aspects of leading you’re going to enjoy using and those you’re going to give some extra practice to. Think of times this week when you can practice and then do it. Go!
PS We’ve also put these chapters in the section, Free FED Resources, over on the right so that you can refer to them at anytime and recommend them to others.
